		<description>There should be a big flashing light on the outside of the car that goes on whenever
a cellphone is in use in a car.  Also a record of the cell phone use should be
stored along with the cars speed data on the diagnostic port. So insurance
investigations have a record.</description>

		<description>The main drawback to e-readers is that you don&#039;t end up with a &quot;real&quot; library to refer to later and share with others. Let&#039;s face it, technology changes and 10 years from now you will no longer have access to a digital book you buy today. Now, with disposable airplane reading that&#039;s not an issue, but with something meaningful it is. So I see a two-tiered approach. Real books will never disappear, but maybe we&#039;ll save some trees and the carbon impact of shipping on disposable fad books. Thanks for the post!</description>
